The time it will take will depend on which option you choose at the checkout and where you are based in Australia (regional areas take a little longer).
Standard shipping - 3 - 5 business days
Express shipping - 1 - 2 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your delivery confirmation email and your order date is past 7 business days, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be happy to look into what exactly is going on with your order.
Once you have placed an order with us, we start packing it so we can get it to you promptly. Therefore once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process.
If you are unhappy with your item(s) or no longer require them, you are welcome to send them back to us.
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please contact us if you would like a refund or exchange.
As soon as you place your order, we work on the dispatch process as quickly as possible.
If you decide that you would like to amend your order, please email email@example.com and we will try to accomodate where possible.
However, we aim to pack and dispatch your order after orders are placed so you receive it as soon as possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any amendments to it so if you no longer want an item or would like to exchange it for something different, please use our free returns service.
We happily accept unused returns and can refund you or offer an exchange for something of the same value within 30 days of receipt.* Just pay postage and handling costs.
Please contact us immediately on +61 430 540 426 so we can attempt to contact the courier to return the parcel back to us and redirect it.
If you have not received your order within the allotted delivery time frame, please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days of the date on which you ordered the products. After this time has elapsed, we will review the order and see whether we can send you a replacement.
If you have received the wrong item in your order, please at email@example.com and we will help you return and replace it for the desired item.
